§ 367-3. Penalties for offenses.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a maximum fine of $250 or a maximum term of imprisonment of 15 days, or both, for each offense. Each day of noncompliance after notice to correct shall constitute a separate offense.
