§ 326-10. Penalties for past-due bills.

Penalties shall accrue against sewer consumption fees as follow: There shall be charged a penalty on past-due sewer consumption fees at the rate of 10% following 30 days from the date of the billing and the rate of an additional 2% per month for each additional 30 days or part thereof of delinquency.
